Renew Your Certification

All certified producers must renew their certification annually. The renewal application requires producers to review and update their Organic System Plan (OSP) and pay a certification fee.

Renewal applications are available 2 months before the deadlines listed below. Click here to access the producer portal!

OSP Renewal and payment deadlines are staggered based on production type:

• January 15th is the deadline for Maple producers
• March 15th is the deadline for Crop and Livestock producers 
• June 15th is the deadline for Processor/Handlers

Once an application is submitted, our staff will review it and send it to an inspector. The inspector will set up an appointment with the producer to have an inspection.
